Python Win32 Programming by Hammond and Robinson has a decent tutorial that
will get you into most of the binds you need.

For more detail you need to get more specific.  If you're doing very
much win32 programming an MSDN subscription is probably a good idea,
imo, as it saves MANY brain cells.  Unless your time is worthless . . .
