Static Typing in Python

probably call it weakly typed.

They would be wrong. Being in the majority does not make you
right. (Even being Guido does not make you right, in spite of what
Peter Hickman might believe.)

I would _hope_ that most c.l.py readers would call Python strongly,
dynamically typed, but I wouldn't put any money on it.
