wxGlade not Running !

i want to develope GUI for python applications with wxGlade on windows
platform (win Xp). i have python 2.2 with wxpython 2.4 and python 2.3
with wxpython 2.4.

i installed win32 binary of wxGlade got from sourceforge, i remember
at first installation program has successfully launched the
application but after that its not running , means NO effect tho i
double clicked on icon ... i tried all options even i uninstalled all
pythons/wxpythons etc ...
