I use Xennos.com which is a free host that supports python CGI.
You could post an example script and make them available for download
there.

The wording of the disclaimer you just mentioned is probably
sufficient !! OTOH lots of people have disclaimers similar in content
to that - you could just borrow the wording of someone elses.
