What's the matter with pydoc.org?

It is probably a server misconfiguration. Ka-Ping Yee is the inventor of 
Python's pydoc and has run a server for it. Either he accidentally 
copied the wrong index.html to the wrong virtual server or he decided he 
couldn't afford the bandwidth anymore.
