Please help -- Tkinter Scale widget with DoubleVar is acting weird

I tried your code, and the exact same problem happened. When I set the 
slider to certain values (for instance, 0.3), the callback would start 
to be invoked when I just moved the mouse over the slider without even 
clicking.
