ftpmirror.py in reverse?

I've written such a script.

It's public domain, use at your own risk, n' at.  It probably doesn't
work on Windows, but wouldn't be hard to modify it to.  Sorry, no
documentation.  I really should document it, tie up loose ends and
package it.
