Python documentation in Windows Help file format?

Seems to be missing? It would be great, because it would contain an 
Index and Search features automatically. Now the search is very hard to 
do, and Index page in html format is too big.

The full API and C reference would be great, but even the Quick 
Reference available here would be fine:

Unfortunately the Windows compiled help in above seems to be broken.
