I looked at the error log.

In the Windows Event Log, I found the following:

The Apache service named  reported the following error:

The Apache service named  reported the following error:
Syntax error on line 173 of C:/Programs/Apache/Apache2/conf/httpd.conf:

[Line 173 is "LoadModule python_module modules/mod_python.so"]
