replace %(word) in a string

Hi,

You mean 
	base_string % dictionary

>>> "hello, %(word1)s %(word2)s !" % {"word1" : "python", "word2" :
"lovers"}
'hello, python lovers !'

Notice the trailing s in %(word)s!
