But theorem proving and arithmetic are isomorphic.  TP-> arithmetic
is obvious.  Arithmetic -> TP is through Godel.

Manned space projects get a lot more money for safety checks.
If a few rockets blow up for testing then it's still cheaper than
quintupling the development costs.
