Simple RDF writer or good tutorial?

But to the point, the OP cannot expect to get order from a naturally
unordered system (RDF).  I can't see how this points to any failure in
XML.  You would have the exact same problem trying to get portable
order out of a Python dictionary (or 2.3 set).
