I thought managed code would prevent, among other things, things like
buffer over runs.  In any case, they can't do to much worse.

My understanding is that 32bit native code will be run by the 64bit
OS, but 32bit dll's cannot be called from 64bit managed code.  IOW,
there will still be native 32 bit apps running under 64bit windows.
