i18n pot file

I'm working in gettext too. following is my code. 
It's can show Chinese in Chinese windows98,2000,xp.

I have a another question. I build a python project. 
sample code and po file , if use python23 py2exe , can't do gettext.

If use python22, my software work normally.  Why.
