can you compare Zope to Twisted?

Hi, I've read a little about Zope but know only 1 hour's worth of web surfing about Twisted. I was initially trying to puzzle out how to use Zope for a socket server, and stumbled onto Twisted, which seems more oriented to multiple protocols than Zope.

I'm intrigued by the ways that Zope and Twisted partition the problem of writing networking applications. Right now, I'd like to solicit comparisons from pythonistas that have some experience using both.

Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
