ANN: yawPyCrypto 0.02

This snapshot of yawPyCrypto is almost complete. It contains working support for 
all ciphers in PyCrypto, and also working support for all public key ciphers (as 
annouced yesterday). 
 
Please have a look at it if you feel like it; the public key code has been tested 
thoroughly, but the stream cipher code just marginally. 
 
Rest of the announcement just like yesterday. :)
