telnetlib problem

[hellprout]

hi , i would like to use telnetlib on unix server 
i want to use a perl script on unix server , 

my telnet connection write "./script.pl fichier.txt"

but i can't stop my program to wait the end of this script .. 
so my script falling down because my program is termined ...

what can i do to stop my program execution to wait the end of the perl script ???
