VBA and Python

Hi, I'm using python with win32com to use an ActiveX control. This
control opens files that may have VBA in them. If there is VBA code in
the file, I get the following error. (Python.exe has generated errors
and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program)
.. If I open a file that has no VBA code in it, it works just fine..
Do I need something extra in Python to handle the VBA?
