It never fails (bsddb retirement in 2.3)

If you've been following this thread and have tried out 2.3b1, please try
out the patch attached to <http://python.org/sf/731501>.  The comment
associated with the patch file describes the changes.  Other than the people
who've chimed in on this thread already (Martin, Nick, Paul and Anthony) I
also need some people with either of the following two setups to try out the
patch:

    * /usr/include/db.h does not exist on the system.  The bsddb185 module
      should not be built.

    * /usr/include/db.h exists, but is for a more recent version of Berkeley
      db.  The bsddb185 module should not be built.
