Inductive logic.   So far every sysadmin tool I've used on a Python
system has been written in Python Using inductive logic, I'd be willing
to say that that sets a general rule

Since I've gone out and found a heck of a lot that are, that further
supports the general rule

If you can find enough sysadmin tools that are not written in Python,
then you can disprove the premise.
