Ugh - I used to do that years ago - things always jammed after a few pages.

That is how I printed it, but was frustrated at the time, and had noticed
that it was a much larger file 
in A4, so assumed something was wrong.  Suspect a4 is smaller, so more pages
== more preamble 
== larger files.
