Compiling Python Modules With Visual Studio .Net?

VisualPython is a plugin written by ActiveState for VS.Net.

Has anyone compiled Python with VS.Net?  I've been going through the 
readme.txt in PCbuild, but the only versions it mentions, are VS5, and 6.
