IDLE, windows and non-us characters

(perhaps) you should check your system locales settings, and choose one that
fits your prefered language.
I think ISO-8859-1 fits with danish
I can insert french characters in IDLE like à, ç, é...
Means that IDLE is not limited to ASCII chars.
