Boa crashes on startup

All,

Yes, but this has been going on for over a month now. You
would think someone would push a new snapshot to the 
download page and be done with it. People that use GUI
builders are generally not the type to 'play around' with
a broke or tedious install process. 

To be clear, I like Boa. I also think for Python to hit the next 
level of acceptance and put a real challenge to VB or Java
or whoever Python needs a very refined GUI builder like BOA or
pyCard. So if my comments seem 'bitchy', you now can take them
in context.
