G++3.2.1 and static decls. in C++ Modules

Martin,
  I appreciate your reply. My point was that using just 'static' whether it's aliased to staticforward and
 statichere or used by itself, works in G++ (2.95.2) but not with G++ (3.2.1). I only included the macros
 for clarity.
