Go to http://www.python.org/doc/ and click on "Library Reference".  
That'll tell you exactly what's in the latest release.  You're probably 
interested in "13. Structured Markup Processing Tools"

If you have questions about what came with any particular release, click 
on "Previous versions of these documents" and you'll find the reference 
material for every previous version.
