spawn and NO window

Hi,

My problem is that I execute "os.spawnv(os.P_NOWAIT, "fich.exe",[var1,var2])" and it's launched in other window. 
I want to execute fich.exe in background, not opening other window. I don't write any message on screen.

This execution is in windows (not linux)
