Though I have syntax highlighting turned on, my Debian/'sarge' installation doesn't highlight parentheses (or brackets) when editing python scripts. It does when editing C or C++ or bash scripts. Does this happen with all vim installations? Or is it peculiar to my installation/configuration? Thanks... -frank --
