I've had good luck using servercentral.net for DNS ($15 per domain
name per year) with freezope (no charge for basic hosting).  It's
zope, but you can use zope w/o knowing zope if you want since zope
serves plain html as well.

The freezope area will have a URL like

http://freezope2.nipltd.net/yourname

And you can tell servercentral to map 

yourcompany.com -> http://freezope2.nipltd.net/yourname

in a way that will be transparent to the user.
