Gerhard gave you a good but incorrect answer; IDLE is currently being
developed in its own SourceForge project, so you should use
http://idlefork.sourceforge.net/
which leads to
http://sourceforge.net/bugs/?group_id=9579

(This is a slightly tricky area right now, because IDLE is slated to be
re-integrated into Python for the 2.3 release.  If you care about IDLE,
you should subscribe to both python-dev and idle-dev, or at least monitor
the archives for them.)
