Pythonwin CreateFormView CreateDlgBar string template

Hi All,

Does anybody know what is the template parameter of those two methods of 
win32ui?
It can be a string or integer. I'm interested in the string parameter. 
What is that? How does it look like?
Can I use a tuple as described in CreateDialogIndirect to create 
DialogBar or FormView?
I have my resources it that format and I don't really want to create a 
dll with resources.
