Postgresql: plpython may be removed

Postgresql allows internal database functions to be written in a variety
of languages (C, python, perl, tcl, possibly others). I believe that is
what they are talking about here.

There is little chance of the python client libraries going away, but I
think the use of python for internal functions is much more complex.
