IP -> NetBIOS Name and MAC Address Resolution

Hi there,

I am stumped. Based on an IP address, how do I:

1) resolve it to a NetBIOS machine name (from a WINS server), and
2) resolve it to a MAC address ?

I am using Python on an XP machine. If someone can point me in the right
direction, I would appreciate it very very much.
