Urllib2 and urllib don't work correctly if I want connect to
'http://cie.motor.ru/CIE/index.htm'. The functions block on connect. I don't
know the problem but I suppose that it could be cause from httplib; urrlib2
and urllib share httplib.
I HOPE THAT SOMEBODY KNOW THE SOLUTION!!!
