I can see the announcement now:

    Santa Clara, CA (AP) - Intel announced today that their new Pentium-7
    processor will include a small on-chip Geiger-Müller tube and new
    instruction, RINT, which will fetch random bytes generated by the tube.
    Data for the RINT instruction will be fetched from a 256 kilobyte cache
    of random bytes generated from the random time intervals between
    detections by the tube.
