Are you saying you want to be able to type "import View" and have it
do something other than give an error?

Or is an "import View" some strange entity that I haven't heard of?

Your question is, at least to me, very unclear and I doubt you'll get
a useful answer unless you provide a lot more background.  What are
you hoping to achieve, what platform are you on, what are your
requirements, what's the airspeed of an unladen swallow, that kind of 
thing...
