OT: PSP, XP, TDD and other methodologies for solitary programmers

TDD is Test-Driven Development I believe.  SAPDB Is probably SAP database.
The only names I associate with PSP and SEI are Python Server Pages and
Software Engineering Institute, respectively, but I'm not confident they are
what Brad was referring to.
