I haven't tried it yet, but will, when it is out of beta.

Not that difficult (unless the interface has changed dramatically since 
the ver. 1.2 I use). Select the 'Admin' menu, then 'Preferences'. Select 
the 'WinCvs' tab. Here you can enter the 'Default Viewer used to open 
files' and even select the 'Use on double click' check box if desired.
