Typical of unix and linux people they think you can figure out
everything yourself.  "Read the source luke!"  Well it is not that
easy.  The info you need is spread all over sourceforge.net.  One of
the things you should do on windows is setting the CVSROOT env.
variable, from my setupcvs.bat file:

set CVSROOT=:ext:yourname at cvs.yourprojectname.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot
