Case sensitivity

Actually, it would be a way of avoiding the problems
of adding a new keyword.

It's not entirely unprecedented, either. I gather that
some implementations of Algol required keywords to
be marked in some special way (not by colour, though).

The main problem I can see is that there's currently
no standard way of representing colour in a text file.
Maybe RTF...?
