PyCon registration: last days at Early Bird rate

That ain't true; EuroPython was held last june and it was definitely run
'for and by the Python community'. Is this information being now ruthlessly
surpressed by the PSU? I'm sure though that PyCon will be a lot of fun too,
and I'm planning on attending.
