ANN: SharkyPy 0.2

Hello again to all!

SharkyPy has finally found it's way onto the webserver today, and should
be accessible from everywhere now (it was restricted to some IP-space of
the University of the Saarland so far).

Please read yesterday's post concerning the functionality. I've
currently posted a slightly limited beta version of SharkyPy (plugins
aren't included, almost all the rest is), but this will change soon,
when the remaining license issues have been cleared with my employer.
