newbie boost building question

Ah... looks like a) the build process under cygwin still needs absolute 
Windows paths (i.e., c:/cygwin/usr/include/python2.2 rather than just 
/usr/include/python2.2) and b) the thing you point to can't be a 
softlink directory, it must be a proper directory.

Still not quite there (it's not picking up the proper include path, so 
the builds are failing), but closer...
