float / double support in Python?

English is irregular, idiomatic and has a rather large vocabulary in
common usage compared with most other languages. But at least you
don't have genders.

Of course ease of learning depends on what you already know to some
extent. Lots of English words have Latin or Greek origins and are
somewhat similar to words with the same meaning in other languages
with such a heritage.
