win32ui: The window handle does not specify a valid window

Hey everybody,
 i'm using PythonWin on WinXP. PythonWin works great most of the time
but i get this message about 3-4 times a day. Then i have to close the
app using the task manager. It just won't go away in the standard way.

 Has anybody seen this and have advice to pass on?
