Mozilla, XUL for Python?!

Just browsing around, seeing what's new in the easy GUI stakes and I came across

Last Time I looked, I couldn't just do one download and start writing Python code with 
Mozilla as the GUI but somehow they do seem to have similar philosophies of elegant, 
simple, power.

Every decent GUI library had to be able to display HTML. Now a browser is turning into a 
graphics library - and looking good.
