Dashed line on the head of Menu in Tix

When doing "add_cascade" to the menubar, or to a menu,
check out the option "tearable".

When you select the "dashed-line", you "tear-off" the
menu, so it (automagically) becomes a small floating
button bar.  If you don't like that behaviour, you can
disable it by making your menu un-tearable.
