Of the wordy formats, that is probably my favorite, but I prefer no keywords:
t = ( "spam" not in s -> "customer"
>< "eggs" in s -> "vikings"
-> "waitress") # could be spelled >< True -> "waitress"
or as a one-liner:
t = "spam" not in s -> "customer" >< "eggs" in s -> "vikings" -> "waitress"
