Don't put raw binary into a human editable config file. Convert it to
hex with binascii.hexlify or something like that.
Do you really need to be able to decrypt those passwords? As several
other people have said, if you don't need to actually decrypt the
password, you should use an unreverseable hash function instead of
encryption.
