Ah, quite true.  Unfortunately I generally start with "python"
to help limit the search, but in this case, strangely, "python ctypes"
comes up with another page first.  

But "ctypes python" does not... so I added instead of removing.

I don't think I ever twigged to the fact that the order of the
arguments affects the order of the output Google provides.
